Open Question: How much are dermatology appointments?

I am on my thigh (small, round, slightly scaly, red growth, looks like a pimple, but not disappeared), I think I want to have a professional biopsy, but I do not have medical insurance, so I will have pocket payments. Does anyone know how much it costs, will be the first visit to biopsy?
